A Little History:
I started my website as hmetzger.de around November 2000, when Netscape released the much-anticipated yet highly disappointing Netscape 6.0. At that time the FAQ were in German only, it took almost 2 years until a good friend of mine from Seattle convinced me to translate my site into English. During that time the site expanded a lot - what began as a simple tips list evolved into a complete web site with Netscape at the core. Folks interested in how the site looked back then can check out the Archive (incomplete, only dates back to Feb 2001 - Oct. 2001). In June 2003 I had to change the domain from hmetzger.de to holgermetzger.de. That means I'm not, in any way, affiliated with hmetzger.de now and its content, and I hereby explicitly distance myself from it.
